Job Description:

He/She is responsible for the daily operations of the finance team, supporting and guiding the junior members of the team as well as carrying out delegated duties from the Finance and Accounting Manager, responsible for the finance management reports and monthly and end of period closings including the preparations of mid-year and end of year audit process. Additionally, he/she must contribute to the overall effectiveness of JCLEC and maintain effective relationships and communication with the extended JCLEC community.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of the accounting software system.
• Supervise all matters from end to end related to the daily operations of the finance team.
• Manage all matter from end to end related to the monthly end closing.
• Prepare financial management reportings.
• Support the overall financial functions and team including the preparations of the financial audit process.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a bachelor degree in Accounting.
• At least has 5 years working experience as Accounting Supervisor.
• Preferably has experience in using the integrated accounting system (ERP System).
• Has an understanding of the Indonesia PSAK.
• Has a good understanding of the tax in Indonesia.
• Excellent Analytical skills with detailed orientation.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Able to prioritize and manage many responsibilities and deadlines.
• Experience working in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment is highly desirable.
• This role is based in Semarang, and for Indonesian nationals only.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grad, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree
