Responsibilities

• To facilitate data collection
• To assist QA Engineer in all areas of the engineer’s responsibility but does not have authority todisposition material or products on the engineer’s behalf without written instruction to do so.
• To assist the QA Engineer with employee training.
• To perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection activities
  To propose rectification method to affected party or product
• To upkeep quality records
• No authority to deviate from QMS requirement at any time.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Min. Senior High School
• Initiative
• To be able to lead the inspection team and to ensure customer requirement is met
• To be able to assist in performing failed units Failure Analysis, ref: In house units failedtesting.
• 1 year experience in PCBA
• Can use scope measurement, LCR, DMM, Caliper
