As a Lead Software Engineer, you will create impact by:

• Architecting end-to-end software applications and corresponding interfaces
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements, perform feasibility studies, build proof of concepts and provide effort estimates
• Work with account/project managers to manage stakeholders’ expectations
• Providing short and long time solutions to production environments based on SLA
• Administer best practices, security guidelines, CI/CD within practical tradeoffs
• Conduct code reviews, manage tasks, deliverables and technical debts
• Manage a technical team including performance assessment and mentorship
• Conduct technical interviews and other assessments for talent acquisition
• Keep up to date with the latest software tools, trends and best practices

Expectations of a Lead Software Engineer:

• Experienced in one of the following domain knowledge and familiarity with the rest

        – React Native (with native experiences)        

        – ******** (with cloud deployment tools)        

        – ******* (with AWS certifications, containers, microservices)         

        – .Net Core (with Azure certifications , containers, microservices)

• Strong knowledge of problem solving, algorithms and data structures
• Strong knowledge of data and network, relevant securities and best practices
• Experience with CI/CD, logging and monitoring practices and relevant tools
• Experienced in delivering high throughput and high availability production system
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Effectively manage collaboration in fast-paced, deadline-driven and agile environments
