We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team at Moladin Financial Services. As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will ensure the highest quality possible of our software delivery by implementing and maintaining test automation scripts. Working alongside product managers and developers, you will also enhance our quality engineering process by identifying gaps and implementing solutions to address them. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TechLead to support the achievement of quality engineering OKR.
• Provide hands-on support to SDET members in squads to resolve any blockers.
• Regularly monitor test progress, test coverage, and related quality metrics to develop a plan for improving competencies of team members.
• Ensure the successful implementation of company testing tools within squads.
• Participate in discussions to determine changes in the company’s quality process.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to be a technical resource while also being involved in managerial activities.
• Align and prioritize between product delivery and quality engineering OKR.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in financial services, Payment, Loyalty services and Industrial with OpenAPI features.
• More than 2 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year in software test automation.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a related field.
• Able to fluently use SQL queries.
• Demonstrate ability to do separation of API Tests and UI Tests.
• Experience in web and mobile application testing using test automation frameworks such as Cypress, WebdriverIO, Playwright or any Javascript Test Automation Tools.
• Familiar with test management tools such as Allure TestOps, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Exposure to the Agile development process, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of software performance and security testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic Kubernetes, docker, Firebase, and NoSQL is a plus.
