Job description & requirements

We’re looking for a talented Lead Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product cycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance, and ensure our products and services meet customer needs and help the company achieve its goals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of product managers and working with other divisions to coordinate production efforts.

You will be placed on the Warehouse (Internal) Squad

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of product metrics, customers, market trends, and internet trends to identify problems.
• Generate new ideas based on identified problems to increase market share, improve customer experience, and boost growth and conversion rates.
• Develop and design product strategies based on the ideas obtained.
• Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes.
• Monitor product implementation and assess its impact to ensure timely progress.
• Lead the team to produce products that increase market share, improve customer experience, and boost growth and conversions.
• Manage the product team’s workload.
• Determine the scope and priority of activities based on their impact on business and customers.
• Establish a shared vision with stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong logical thinking and reasoning abilities.
• Strong intuitions of user experience.
• Ability to develop mobile apps and website products is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Data-driven and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
