Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Lead of Operations Support to oversee the day-to-day operations of our media organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the media organization, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient.

• Ensure all departments are functioning at their highest potential, and work collaboratively with department heads to identify and resolve issues.

• Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality, including procurement processes.

• Manage the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring that they are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational requirements are met, and provide guidance and support to ensure that operations run smoothly.

• Develop and manage budgets for operations, including procurement (vendor management).

• Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, including procurement, ensuring that the company is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on procurement in the media industry (TV or EO added plus point)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience managing budgets and financial metrics.

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements in the media industry & EO industry.
