Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree;

2. Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience on the same position 

3. Active command in English both in writing and speaking;

4. Good knowledge / experience with AutoCAD; HVAC calculation software

5. Knowledge of International and local Building Codes and Design Standards; 

6. Pharma and chemical (GMP, etc) project experience will be advantage

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Plan and monitor one’s own activities, in consultation with the Discipline Manager or Design Director, and take any corrective measures, if required, in accordance with the details of the project plan or the commission and client requirements, in order to deliver the requested documents within the set deadlines;

2. Measure and record an existing situation at a project location, taking account of the framework conditions set by the client, in order to create starting point for the design;

3. Prepare and elaborate design drawings and make simple design calculations in consultation with all disciplines involved, in accordance with legislation and regulations, technical guidelines, the program of requirements, TQS policy and the regulations in the TQS manuals, in order to contribute to the specifications and the realization of the project design (or parts thereof);

4. Record and file design documents related to one’s own discipline, in accordance with the project agreements, TQS policy and the regulations in the TQS manuals, allowing the status of the documents to be assessed by anyone at any time;

5. Check one’s own documents and submit them for checking by the Discipline Manager or Design Director, and check other documents, in accordance with the project plan or commission, the program of requirements, legislation and regulations, TQS policy and the regulations in the TQS manuals, in order to meet the quality standards for the documents within one’s discipline.

6. Coordinate with all engineers to give the HVAC design requirement for the capacity and load during design phase.

7. Having good communication, able to work as a team and able to work under high pressure of project dateline

8. Able to manage the HVAC team for the project execution
