Job description & requirements

KoinWorks is looking for Business Development Team Lead for FMCG who has good performance in boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Descriptions :

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in business/management or relevant discipline with minimum 4 year experience in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Having experiences leading small/medium team.
• Having experiences in FMCG industry.
• Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
• Ability to deliver presentations
• Understanding of sales techniques.
• Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong analytical, result-oriented, and data-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality
• Persistent, able to work as a team and perform well in an under pressure working condition
