About the role

Cendrawasih Landscape Specialist, a leading landscape architecture firm in Tangerang Banten, is seeking an exceptional Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and development of innovative, sustainable, and visually stunning outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position based in our Tangerang Banten office.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design comprehensive landscape master plans

• Develop detailed landscape designs, planting plans, and construction drawings that align with client requirements and local regulations

• Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards

• Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and research to inform the design process

• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and other documentation to support the delivery of landscape projects

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably in the commercial or residential development sectors

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, and landscape design software like SketchUp and Enscape.

• Strong understanding of local and regional landscape architecture regulations, codes, and standards

• Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions and also time management skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Passion for sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices
