Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are seeking a highly motivated, active, and enterprising Indonesian candidate who is fluent in Korean to join our team as a Business Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with our IT team members in Korea, handling marketing tasks related to our services, and providing personnel management and business progress support for our new Indonesian local business promotion.

Responsibilities:

Business Coordination and Support
Act as the main point of contact between the Korean IT team and the Indonesian office
Communicate work directions, goals, and priorities to the IT team members
Collaborate with the IT team to promote projects and track progress
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns related to our services
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, both online and offline
Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure effectiveness and optimize strategies
Coordinate with external marketing partners and vendors, as needed
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members for the Indonesian local business promotion
Provide support in personnel management, including employee relations, performance evaluations, and talent development
Monitor and report on business progress, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the new local business promotion

Requirements:

Fluency in both Korean and Indonesian languages (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT, marketing, or business support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Enterprising and proactive attitude, with a focus on achieving results
