Hello Everyone,
Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia is currently hiring for KOL Specialist.
Industry: Financial/ Securities
Location: North Jakarta
Salary range: 8.000.000 – 14.000.000 IDR

Responsibilities:
1. Identifying KOLs: Find and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
2. Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents.
3. Do analysis & give suggestion in order to choose the right influencers/KOL.
4. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
5. Maintain a good relationship with KOL/influencers.
6. Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.
7. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Qualifications:
1. Min. 2 years experience handling KOL.
2. Can speak Mandarin would be preferable
3. Have KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Celebrities.
4. Knowledge of websites, social media, and other media.
5. Have the experience to handle KOL for financial company.
6. Must have a good and can-do attitude
7. Align with the company’s core values: Customer first, Pursue the excellence, Being radical truthful.
