Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi KOL (KEY OPINION LEADER) SPECIALIST di perusahaan PT Cipta Putri Pertiwi untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

KOL (KEY OPINION LEADER) SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Develop content for social media as good as website, etc.
2. Build a concept for a campaign and implement visual & caption.
3. Responsible to received the brief to be developed and running it into a concept.
4. Create scripts, storylines, or captions for activities that run on online/offline events.
5. Responsible for collecting and providing KOL (influencers) resources across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
6. Developing an effective influencer communication strategy & overseeing the implementation, by combining in-depth knowledge of business objectives & online strategies.
7. Conduct ideation, research, executing & maintaining day-to-day social media influencers’ campaigns.
8. Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
9. Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build & develop a strong relationship with Influencers with the long-term partnership to keep in mind.
10. Customize content for the chosen platform. In this case, a Digital Content Creator must produce multi-platform works.
11. Re-evaluate every content that has been published & analyze what kind of content your audience needs and likes.
12. Responsible for analyzing & making reports of KOLs’ performance.
REQUIREMENT :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Creative Multimedia, or a related major.
2. If you have media, Influencer & Management Database is a plus.
3. A minimum of two years of work experience in Community, KOL, influencer management, or a similar role is required.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong planning skills for campaigns, creative & good at brainstorming.
5. Social Media Savvy and know the business objective for each social platform (Instagram, Tiktok, etc).
6. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Willing to be placed in CIPUTAT, South Jakarta.
