About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced KOL & Affiliator Specialist to join our team at Artha Inti Mentari, a dynamic and growing company based in Tangerang, Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliates to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our brand- VERITES & GOOD PERFUME STUDIO

What you’ll be doing

• Researching and identifying the most influential and relevant KOLs within our target markets

• Negotiating partnership agreements and managing ongoing relationships with KOLs and affiliates

• Developing compelling campaign strategies and content to leverage KOLs and affiliates for maximum impact

• Monitoring and analysing the performance of KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns, and optimising accordingly

• Collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration with broader marketing initiatives

• Continuously exploring new opportunities to expand our KOL and affiliate networks and drive growth

• Track, analyze, and optimize KOL campaign performance to improve ROI and brand reach.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in KOL and affiliate marketing, preferably within the FMCG – perfume / beauty industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with KOLs and affiliates

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to measure and optimise campaign performance

• Familiarity with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in the KOL and affiliate marketing space

• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
