＜Recruitment Conditions＞

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese or English is preferred.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants should be 33 years old or younger.
  • Experience: No prior work experience is required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Appearance: We value a clean, well-groomed, charming and professional appearance.

  • Experience in Japanese, Italian, French, or Western cuisine is a plus.
  • Prior experience in fine dining or fine-casual restaurants is preferred.

  • Grasp and implement all sales operations, recipes, and product knowledge.
  • Perform all tasks focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to staff satisfaction, team strength, and tasks that promote a strong, positive team environment.
  • Ensure appropriate store hygiene and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee tasks related to service quality, menu quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Carry out all tasks requested by management, superiors, and store managers based on the above responsibilities.
