About the role

As a Key Account Supervisor (Modern Trade Supervisor) at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk (Noodle Division), you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening the company’s relationships with its key modern trade /key accounts representative nationally . This full-time position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the noodle industry, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, understanding their needs and driving mutually beneficial partnerships

2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned modern trade accounts

3. Collaborate with the branch sales team to ensure seamless delivery and execution of promotional activities and in-store merchandising nationally

4. Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement

5. Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales supervisor or key account management role, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

2. Strong understanding of the modern trade/key account landscape and the ability to develop effective sales strategies

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

4. Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive sales performance

5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team

6. Bachelor Degree
