- Handle national accounts (Modern Trade).
- Identifying problems and business opportunities for accounts in modern trade.
- Conduct business review meetings and assess the performance of existing accounts in terms of size/ volume, location, brand, and segmentation on key person decision makers to ensure target achievement.
- Listing and standardization of mGanik Nutrition products at responsible accounts.
- Negotiating in determining sales targets and promotional activity budgets on an annual basis.
- Develop promotional activity strategies and create a timeline of related annual plans.
- Establish communication and collaboration with internal and external parties in implementing annual promotional activity plans.
- Conduct regular evaluations and reports related to sales achievements.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in modern market business (handling key accounts, Nutrition, OTC, FMCG)
- Business-level English.
- Have strong strategies and analysis to develop accounts.
- Have a good relationship with buyer accounts.
- Skilled in communicating.
- Negotiation skills.
