Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang perusahaan inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2), & Doktor (S3). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  • Maintain and grow long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
  • Responsible to manage and build strong relationship with customers from wholesalers to smaller stores and giving them analytical insights and logical understanding
  • Articulating and executing “go-to-market” strategies and make sure the strategy is executed smoothly
  • Create, implement and evaluate monthly and full year campaigns and promotions to support company’s goal
  • Prepare monthly volume forecast and plans
  • Influence customer’s decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. Including develop product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry; Tech Start-up industry is an asset but not a requirement
  • Having experience in managing B2B
  • Good speaking & written command of the English language
  • Have a strong analytical and organizational skills also a great problem solver
