Direct report to Leader, Sales Project and responsible to achieve sales target, review, update, and develop the sales plan of assigned Key Account and market coverage in the effort to meet the long-term strategic plan of the Company to implement sales operation project activities in the assigned region based on targeted KPI. 

As a Key Account Manager :

  • Targeted sales (Tender & Supply) as personal or group target
  • Increase Pipeline horizon, business opportunity within Key Account Developer and Architect
  • Manage team to utilize Sales Force or Opportunity Management System
  • Control and monitoring opportunity within Key Account from active pipeline to specified and won
  • Monitor and support Payment from Project side to Distributor & Distributor to LIXIL.
  • Maintain Key Account Relationship
  • Manage market share (spec) and distribution coverage (sales)
  • Maintain existing Distributor
  • Expanding sales coverage within Key Account or area directly or through Distributor
  • Always updated about competitor movement as a Market Intelligent
  • Conducts event, collaborate with Marketing
  • Able to conduct Official Presentation by Brand and Corporate
  • Create spec product/ to convert competitor spec to LIXIL spec
  • Manage and gather Leads from Project Market
  • Arranging and follow up the relationship with customers Project (Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer)
  • Support quotations and documents tender to Key Account
  • Make sure a price validity in project proposal and goods delivery within period of LIXIL pricelist
  • Manage and coordinating to pricing control PIC to secure budgeted gross margin within 
  • Arranging the sales contract to Key Account together with the third party/ distributor
  • Manage and Coordinating the PO, shipment, payment of the delivery of sanitary ware and faucet order to the customer (Monitor PO until product delivery to customer as their PO)
  • Acting as a Key Contact Person from Project during construction and warranty period
  • Maintain and develop relationship with Key Account customers to highest level
  • Provide strategic and business planning to Leader, Sales Project within Key Account and market coverage
  • Ensure market expanding to increase share of wallet within Key Account
  • Abreast of regulation concern with HSE and COC

Requirements:

  • Min. Education: Graduate Degree in Social/Economics/Architecture/Engineering or others.
  • Min. Experience: Have at least 3 years of sales managerial exposures, preferably having exposures in the building materials/ consumer good industry and having good knowledge of business management.
  • Mature leadership and personality combined with good business sense and people-management skill.
  • Able to work independently and as a team a proven track record in developing and executing a successful business development strategy.
  • Having wide range networking in project market (Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer)
