Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, developing strategic account plans, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in representing our company and ensuring the satisfaction of their valued clients. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Negotiating and finalising contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients.
• Ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of 7 years working experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Experience handling both GT and MT channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Results driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
