Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and managing key relationships with our national accounts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans within the project sector to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions using our innovative products.
• Sales and Forecasting: Analyze project sector trends, identify opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to contribute to project planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies within the project sector.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts and agreements related to project sector accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the project sector to identify opportunities and risks.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Building Materials industry – focusing within the project sector
• Strong connections and networks with developers, architects, consultants, etc.
• Ability to analyze data and project sector trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
