About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Video Content Creator to help us step up our video creatives, especially in TikTok, Reels, and Youtube Shorts. You will work mainly with the ads team to help us acquire more and better participants for our programs.

More specifically, you will:

• Researching current video trends on social media platforms, especially within the industry and direct competitors
• Create content ideation that resonates with brand identity and objectives
• Regular production of video content for ads on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube shorts with good video resolution and quality
• Native video editing on TikTok, Capcut, or similar
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to improve content quality and quantity

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Highly creative & understand content creation process: you are expected to deliver the task all the way from concept to execution, so it is important for you to fully understand the flow of creating great content.
• Has an interest in education, technology, and current job market situation: know the struggles of jobseeker on landing a job? Or any updates on what’s happening in our education system? Now turn that scenario into a highly-engaging video content.
• Up to date with current video trends: you will produce videos mainly on TikTok, but you are also expected to know the updates and trends in other video-based socials such as Reels, YouTube, etc.
• Has high confidence: you will show and talk in front of the camera yourself (or sometimes with others); a sense of humor will be a plus point.
• Has high ownership: able to work independently, love to explore new content types, and good time management to be able to produce short videos on a regular basis.
• Able to do simple video editing (TikTok, Reels, Capcut, or similar)
• Preferred but not mandatory:
  • basic ability in copywriting and voiceover will be a plus point
  • This job is 100% WFA but preferred someone who resides around Jakarta or is willing to travel to Jakarta if needed (we do events sometimes, and offline shooting too!)
