Job Description:

• Making sure to achieve the sales target ( GMV ) of Tanita brand
• Bringing the cross category brand collaborator for the partnership collaboration
• Identifying new market oportunity for the brand and continously looking for new potential customer / NOO & new business chanell opportunity
• Create quarterly strategic of the brand
• Do market survey to understand the market trend, understanding the competitor and the customer needs of the brand, and create reporting for every 3 month
• Do continuous analysis for the strategy and make a monthly reporting for the result
• Supervising & making sure the implementation of the strategic plan
• Do daily analizing for the stock turn over
• Monitoring and directing sales team for the brand
• Coordinate closely with Marketing team for any request of marketing activity / material including artwork design , social media exposure and social media ads
• Responsible to maintain the visual of the brand align with the brand’s guideline both in online and offline in all sales devision

Qualification:

• Sports Enthusiast
• Well knowledge in sports and health category business
• Age 23 – 28 Years Old
• Minimum S1
• Have at least 2 years’ experience handling brand in online and offline market
• Willing to work within target
• Have a strong leadership capability
• Have analytical skills to evaluate the market trend as well the performance of the account.
• High creativity in advertisement and marketing strategy, and able to generate new and imaginative ideas.
• Well understanding about new trends and modern technology specifically in online /ecommerce business
• Have great knowledge about E-commerce business
• Have knowledge about SEO (search engine optimization) preferably
• Active in any Social Media (Name your social media account on your CV and make sure not locked account)
• Having a good interpersonal skills (Communicative, Responsive, and Proactive)
• Has good written and conversational skills in English
• Willing to work hybrid (WFO & WFH) with flexible hours
• Creative & Capable of making interesting content and promotion regarding online marketing
• Has personal Laptop
