Purpose of Role:

Report to and support the Service Centre Manager. Apply high standards of rubber lining to all jobs, ability to perform service rubber lining work, and have excellent customer and internal relations to execute the rubber lining services in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a positive commitment to company’s SHE policies and the procedures
• Adopt a pro-active positive attitude towards safety and promote and ensure safe work practices and methods are observed

• Support rubber lining seniors and supervisors on the process of applying rubber lining in every products
• Comply with WEIR company system’s policies and procedures
• Welding/fitting that complies with technical and QA/QC standards
• Communicate with other dept personnel to support delivery of manufactured products
• Ensure that your work area is well maintained, demonstrate commitment to housekeeping and clean orderly surrounding
