Job Opportunity: Junior PA for Bali

Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a tropical paradise? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic PA.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports.
• Make travel arrangements, including flights, boat ticket, accommodations, and transportation, and prepared detailed travel itineraries.
• Run personal errands as required, including shopping, pick up, drop offs, etc.
• Schedule and oversee any maintenance or repairs required for household equipment or property.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to attract guests and enhance occupancy rates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Punctual with a strong attendance history
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed
• High Level of discretion and trustworthiness
• Immediate availability
• Must have own transportation and be able to drive a bike or car
• Working from office in Bali
