About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our growing software team. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone for our software development processes. You will support engineers by leading daily standups, managing project task flows, and ensuring consistent communication and progress across multiple initiatives. You’ll also dive into new technologies and AI tools (such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Gemini) to enhance productivity and workflows.

This is a role for someone who’s naturally curious, deeply interested in technology, and motivated to create structure in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles (internships welcome)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and software development lifecycles

• Proficient in organizing and tracking digital project tasks using modern collaboration tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to communicate clearly in both Indonesian and English

• Basic understanding of how web or software applications are built

• Tech-savvy with a passion for learning about new tools, frameworks, and platforms

• Enthusiastic about using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) to enhance productivity

• Bonus: Exposure to working with or supporting software developers or digital product teams
