Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Manajemen & Pengembangan Produk (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

The Role: The Product Driver

We’re seeking a highly analytical and proactive Junior IT Product Manager to be the central driver of our technology solutions.

In this role, you’ll turn ideas into actionable solutions—connecting strategic vision, user needs, and technical execution. You’ll be trusted to own the product lifecycle, from understanding problems to shaping and delivering real impact.

As part of a lean and fast-growing team, you’ll work closely with both business and engineering teams, gaining holistic exposure to how impactful technology is built from the ground up.

This is a role for someone who’s ready to take ownership, move fast, and grow as a true product leader.

What You Will Do

  • Product Definition & Analysis: Lead requirement gathering and translate business objectives into clear, actionable product needs and user stories.

  • Convert complex requirements into structured documentation and technical specifications.

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure smooth coordination from kickoff to launch.

  • Act as the central point of alignment between stakeholders and engineers—ensuring clarity, transparency, and shared understanding.

  • Anticipate challenges, manage timelines, and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and business alignment.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a relevant role (Product Management, Business Analysis, or IT Project Coordination).

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business goals into product requirements.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management practices.

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including APIs, systems, and data flow.

  • A disciplined, structured, and independent work style, with high accountability in a dynamic team setting.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

  • Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) or equivalent knowledge.

  • Prior experience in software development, QA, or digital transformation projects.
