    • Fresh graduated are welcomed
    • Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Business/Management/Marketing/Economics/Engineering with GPA >3.0
    • Experience in research and analysis with a curiosity driven mindset and keen in desk and field research
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present the research result
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to design presentation slides
    • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, bonus point for Japanese
