Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Junior Accountant - Account Payable di perusahaan PT Happy Pet Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Hutang Usaha (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and posting invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all account payable transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Handle employee claim reimbursements, including verifying claims, processing payments, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Support the finance team with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Familiar in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
