Job Description:

• To ensure the process control and stuffing finished good done properly to meet the specification and standard
• To complete all of QC daily inspection as procedure and input the data to computer every day
• To help the job of QC Supervisor to do inspection in the field.
• To information QC Supervisor if found the out spec product immediately.
• To coordinate with QC chemist about finished product analysis result if the out of spec and information other related department immediately.
• To take random sample as retained sample one piece per line and maintain retained sample.
• To provide the product making such as release or hold and put it on time
• To do another task which is given by the QC superior well done time as target finished given superior.
• To prepare all approved standard finished product and renewal regularly also continuous updating every 3 month.
• To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & 14001,SMK3, HAS 23000 and GMP implementation.
• To follow company regulation and maintain the company assets.
• To ensure all the product status (release, under inspection, hold) already given in production every day
• To back up loading activity inspection completely and do the job well
• To follow & inspection the trial process in the field which instructed by superior
• To take completed QDI sample every line produced every day.
• To follow meeting QDI every morning on time and cleaning the QDI area after finish checked
• To prepare monthly report for QCI activity before 3rd
• To follow and control the quality product based on SAP instruction
• To take the sample of pending product to check again (1 day after produced/as request superior)
• To take the the sample and check again the product in warehouse (slow moving or deadstock category) if any request from other department on time which instructed by superior
• To ensure good sample availability and input the stock to computer, then prepare or packing it to sending for customer request.
• To take a good sample minimum 10 pcs/shift every product to prepare for customer request.
• To monitoring data retained sample and update every year
• To circulate the qc document to the related department and well documented
• To brief operator and packer about standard quality min twice in a week (fill the list of briefing)
• To standby in the field every time to control and ensure the good quality our product for customer
• To prepare display sample for guest will come to the laboratory and make sure the sample is good
• To follow stock taking every month on schedule in production, warehouse or scrab area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma Majoring Chemical Engineering
• Having experience as QC Inspector in Manufacture
• Able to speak English (passive)
• Able to work as individual and team in cross functional department 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good health & physic
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office
• Willing to placed in KIM 2 Medan
