Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT warehouse team leader di kantor REF GROUP INDONESIA untuk daerah Jakarta Timur serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 9.000.000 - Rp 11.000.000.

We are looking for a Production manager / Production team leader based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We expect you to know how & like working with IT equipment (servers, data storage, networking), be experienced in IT equipment testing & assembly and experienced in managing production & warehouse functions.

What will you do

Deliver excellent production & warehouse performance – products accepted in time & stored safely on warehouse, orders are configured, tested & shipped to customer in time & quality
Follow production & warehouse processes and help building the missing ones & updating not-efficient ones
Hire & manage a production & warehouse team – plan & monitor performance, set & deliver targets, give coaching and training
Work in inventory management system (create & process warehouse- & production-related documents for goods and services)
Process assembly orders on time according to customer orders / production needs
Full equipment diagnostics and maintenance
Verification of system visibility / operability of all systems & components
Firmware updates for components and platforms
Run and monitor load testing results
Work in CRM
Achieve your own monthly KPI and department production plan
Work on production projects following company strategy
Follow daily and weekly plans and write reports

What we expect from you:

Experience in IT equipment testing & assembly (min 2 years)
Experience managing a team or department
Bahasa proficiency
English language skills B2 and above
Willingness to work in a multitasking mode
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Experience in team leadership and team coaching
Strong soft skills, communication and negotiation skills
