Responsibilities

1. Take personal responsibility for the quality, reliability, and availability of Rukita’s network infrastructure.
2. Maintain day-to-day operations and documentation of IT production infrastructure, including secure local and wide area networks and all other IT services.
3. Participate in rotating on-call incident response on weekdays and weekends.
4. Develop and improve instrumentation for monitoring the health and availability of services.
5. Proactively monitor systems, networks, and applications to provide input in improving the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems.
6. Improve operational efficiencies via scripting, bots, and integrations.
7. Network troubleshooting, fault analysis, repair, and upgrade.

Requirements:

1. At least have 2-3 years of working experience in field technician in ISP or Managed Service Company
2. Wiling to mobile in Jadetabek is a must.
3. Proactive, solo and team player, ownership, good
4. Have experience with multi-brand device (Router, Desktop, Router, Desktop Switch, Controller, Access point, Analog, CCTV, IP Cam, Cable TV, SmartTV, Smartlock, and other smart Building Devices)
5. Have experience with ticketing system, NMS, and Mikrotik.
6. Own Motorcycle and Riding Licences.
