Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

1. Analyze user requirement of a Software Application based on Business Requirement.
2. Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and test plans/scenarios.
3. Make comprehensive technical documentation according to company standards/business rules.
4. Develop and maintain a repository of technical documents and materials.
5. Evaluate current content and develop innovations for improvement.
6. Develop, organize, and write user manuals, technical specifications, and technical documentation.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you will need:

1. Min. 2 years experience as Technical Writer.
2. Excellent business process and technical (programming and database) understanding.
3. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
4. Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and structured with excellent analytical skills.
5. Familiar with Postman Collection.
6. Familiar with the SDLC and software development.
7. Worked in an agile/scrum environment.
8. Able to work in a team, communicative, and passionate.
