• Play critical roles or lead the implementation of new systems and Digital initiatives in the Manufacturing area as part of the Industry 4.0 journey
• Provide run and support of IT services to internal customers, acting as service provider for selected systems – ensure adherence to KPIs and compliance with IT roadmap, policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Act as a key partner to business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, central Service and Project Managers for systems under responsibility
• Gather and document functional & technical requirements in collaboration with relevant experts, plan and coordinate change requests and maintain documentation of IT and Digital solutions
• Proactively seek ways to optimize and improve IT services
• Involve in Digital competencies and capabilities building in Manufacturing organization

Challenge:

• Factory operates 24×7
• Cross-site support for Factories in 2 different locations

Working Environment: IT works in the office at the Factory, however under particular conditions there is possibility to work from the production floor with safety as precondition. Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in information system, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal
• ≥ 4 years of professional experience; especially in system development and implementation of related projects in multinational companies or in the pharmaceutical industry
• Have an understanding of key IT Service Management processes (e.g. ITIL)
• Proven experience working with MS SQL, MS SSRS, .

NET programming, and familiarity with MS Windows Server & Client environments

• A person with a strong continuous improvement mindset, is self-motivated, has a “can-do” attitude, problem-solving skills, has excellent communication and is ready to work in a challenging business environment
• Able to work individually and collaborate in teams

Will be an advantage:

• Have experience in Project Management and IT methodologies such as DevOps & Agile
• Familiarity with business processes in Manufacturing and understanding of MES, LES, and SCADA class systems
• Experience in GMP and CSV (Computerized System Validation)
• Experience in developing solutions with Power BI, Cloud Computing, Industrial IoT, Machine Learning, or AI
