Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day corporate IT system administration and engineering support for the organization’s computer and network Systems. This will include front and back-end administration, management of data security, VoIP administration, and other technical responsibilities. You will also play an impactful role with the daily operation of the Server Room, LAN/WAN construction, patch remediation, server monitoring, and serve as a last tier support to the daily service desk.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key back-end Windows based servers in a VMware environment
• Monitor server and network performance and remediate issues
• Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to high level incidents/tickets
• Be a key contributor to scaling, upgrading, and management of existing and new systems into our corporate production network
• Ensure uptime and performance of key software systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a system admin/engineer
• Knowledge of everything Windows including Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc
• General network knowledge including WAN concepts like SD-WAN
• General Virtualization experience including VMware, VCenter
• General knowledge of Cisco Switches & VC Equipment
• General experience with SharePoint Online administration
• Cisco Jabber and its core SIP technologies
• Certifications and Education
• Bachelor’s degree
• Windows Server administration
• VMware and/or Microsoft training ideal
• Fluent in English is a must
