Job Description:

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing support for all application in Andalin
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Any Fields.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in IT.
• Fast response.
• Good communication and interpesonal skill.
• Good team work.
