Responsible:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Providing technical support.
• Support and visit onsite to all project site
• Setting up accounts for new & exit staff
• Backup data system providing
• Repairing and replacing laptop & computer equipment
• Manage day to day desktop support process issues.
• Make reports regulary & documentation
• Remote/on-site support for staff
• Perform IT Asset administration
• Testing new technology
• Identify & analyze completed end user device request and incidents.
• Handling IT Assets purcashing
• Participates in the IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan.

Job Requirements:

• STM Computer / D3 / S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science.
• Having knowledge in concept in TCP/IP, networking & data communication, Routing & Switching, and wireless technology.
• Good experience in computer reparation
• Have knowledge in server management (Windows & linux)
• Good Experience working with Azure/Microsoft 365
• Have 1-3 year of work experience in Troubleshoot and Support
• Good competence in English written and speaking
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork
• Maximum 33 years of age
• Have passion on Tech world, integrity, honest and high responsibility.
• Have a spirit of sharing knowledge, sharing solutions and experiences.
• Willing to travel visit project site ( 30%)
• Available to fully work from office (WFO)
• Available to join ASAP
• Have the ability to setting switch, router / access point, and crimping cable.
• Have knowledge about ticketing support system with FIFO
