Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Support Engineer di tempat usaha Bosch Group untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job description:

Manage end-to-end operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including support and troubleshooting for all users.
Collaborate with the phone Local Service Provider and ensuring the operational state of the equipment.
Physically support the local IT Infrastructure.
Responsible for end-user enabling and leading the local activities for IT-related.
Provide consultation to users in regards of device selection and operation.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in IT/SI/Computer Science/relevant field is a required.
Minimum 1+ year experience in related fields.
Experienced with PC/Notebook, printers and peripheral maintenance.
Has basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Server, DB Host, Storage, Backup, etc.)
Good communication in English, customer centric and service mindset.
