Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

With our sustained rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join our highly supportive team at our Jakarta office located in Gowork Sampoerna Strategic Square.

About the Role

As the IT Support Assistant, the primary focus of your position is to provide a single point of contact and high-quality customer service, communication and support for queries, incidents and service requests across a range of IT and business services provided by the IT team.

Main Responsibilities

  • General maintenance and administration of hardware, software and operating systems 
  • Perform system diagnostic installation and testing of software and hardware. 
  • Assist with configuration and installation of all new IT hardware. 
  • Monitor systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Create and manage assigned tickets via the ticketing system and respond to tickets promptly. 
  • Escalate vendor issues to external providers and track the progress of escalated. 
  • Escalate or raise problems of concern or impact on operations to the IT Team Leader.
  • Provide training and support to users where required. 
  • Ensure asset register/monitoring is maintained and updated. 
  • Undertake research and continuously build IT knowledge. 
  • Assist with user and site setups and configurations. 
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks as required by line manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent troubleshooting – desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, phones and mobile devices. 
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications. 
  • Prior experience in Desktop Support and Helpdesk Administration 
  • Systems Administration, Virtualization and Firewall management are highly desirable. 
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and corresponding online services.  
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft programs including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. 
  • Local, nationally recognized Security Check/Clearance and to keep these up to date during the term of employment.
  • Solution and result focus with a drive to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.
