Job Descriptions:

• Conducting preventive and corrective actions regarding to the technical issues/ troubleshooting that can be faced by the users, this action including to optimizing the oeprational performance of each usert IT devices (laptop, PC and others devices);
• Running the function of controlling/ maintaining internal ERP Application process and also handling trouble shooting on the application that might be faced by related users;
• Developinig Micromatic and programing for Internal user’s needs, especiakky analyzing improvement in manfacturing industry process from procumrenet production to delivery;
• Conducting and doing all spectrums of Job Spects of Information Technology Supervisor both in Hardware and Software;
• Have to know Infrastructure planning, development and maintenance;
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned from HR Senior Manager (IT);

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Engineering (Computer & Telecommunication), and Information Technology/Information System or equivalents (from reputable University);
• Age of maximum 32 years old;
• At least 3 years of working experience as Information Technology Supervisor, or 5 years of working experience as Information Technology (with handling Hardware & Software) Officer/ Senior Staff;
• Preferable having experience and specialization in Information Technology both for Hardware and Software process),including process of Achitechting/ creating/ managing/ maintaining Telephone/ Network/ Server handling & maintaining/PC & Laptop maintainance;
• Able in managing Windows Server, Active Directory and DHCP Server;
• Able in performing Server Maintenance, creating Server Backups, monitoring Server Performance, and managing CCTV;
• Dealing in IT matters including identifiyng, diagnosing, resolving networking problems, maintaining IT Records and tracking hardware & software inventory for areas of responsibilities;
• Providing help support in ERP Application issues and creating session, report based on Users requirements;
• Willing to learn high level of Manufacturing Industry process from Procurement, Production to Delivery Process;
• Advanced analytical thinking, sense or ownership and pride in performing & alligning through Company’s targets, High-Performance Individual;
• Able to join Immediately in beginning of July 2023
