Job Description

• Establish a product management office (PMO), direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project or product
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project or product.
• Manage all project or product documentation
• Manage project’s or product’s team
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Specifying a company’s target based on deadline
• Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
• Lead and coordinate the customer support team in the project and product implementation process to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Support users on change control and system updates
• Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system
• Work multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
• Resolve project conflicts, manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
• Report all progress to Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
• At least 5 years working experiences in a project management role
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.

Technical Skills

• Product management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Scrum Master or equivalent
• Proficiency in project&product or management software tools
• Good knowledge about System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other Method related to Software Development
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Back-end web development with PHP (Laravel Framework), API’s, and Web Services
• Front-end web development with jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS
• Develop SQL queries and design database tables and views for use in web applications
• Write clean code and maintain documentation regarding implementation
• Troubleshoot issues in Development, Test, and Production Enviroment
• Collaborate with Other Developers to collect ideas and solutions for product feature and functionality
