Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in a shopping mall
• Good communication in English both written and spoken is an advantage
• Have a good knowledge and skill of networks especially office networks, computer systems and network devices such as CISCO, JUNIPER, F5, Allied Telesis
• Have a good knowledge and skill of digital systems and equipment, especially Mall’s digital/TI-related equipment such as CCTV, automatic shutter and door system, LED Signage and directory, BAS, Handy Talky setting, Telephony network, sound system
• Have a good knowledge and skill of PABX, Fiber Optic Infrastructure, ERP/SAP, SQL Server, VPN, Server 2003/2008/2012, Mikrotik, Access Point, Firewall
• Able to work under pressure, act quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
• Knowing Video Editor is an advantage
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Understanding network infrastructure technology along with proposing & deliver infrastructure solutions
• Oversee operations including storage and physical server management
• Manage and daily monitor operations, maintenance, reliability, testing, rollout, upgrades, support and general system administration
• Maintaining, and troubleshooting system, and network problems and diagnosing to solve is related to hardware or software at Mall and Office: Customer Loyalty, PC, Software, Server, PABX, Fire Alarm PC Server, POS Tenant and Cashier on Food Court, CCTV Mall, Digital Signage (LED) and Digital Information Mall
• Develop and maintain applicable IT policies, procedures, SOP, design, support & training documentation for operational tasks
• Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL Delta Mas & AEON MALL Japan in order to run smoothly the planned IT program implementation
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Create and maintain a playlist for digital signage.
• Maintaining records of all maintenance vendors related to IT, recording all software licenses, and websites.
• Create people & counting monthly reports and its analyze, including the People Counting system
• Responsible for EDC, telecommunication (GSM), BGM, access card, BMS, PV Solar, parking system, Amano card tenant, food court
