Description

An IT Service Desk will be responsible for:

• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Resolve complex technical problems and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors as needed. Support includes laptops, MacBook, smartphones, AV & VC systems, office phone system.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents (SNOW) and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Successfully troubleshoot issues both independently and in collaboration with all available resources.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to educate employees on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
• Interact with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT support function. Recommend and implement innovative solutions and enhance user experience.

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline or comparable knowledge/ experience in technology related field.
• Possess at least 2-3 years working experience for IT-related discipline
• Proficient knowledge of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software applications i.e. Windows 11, iOS, Office 365
• Good command of written and spoken English including Bahasa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Any other related professional certification will be an advantage, but not essential
• Communicates (both orally and written) effectively with the management groups, end users, and other technical staffs.
• Focus on excellent customer service and needs of the user community
