Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT infrastructure or related field (preferably in shopping mall)
3. Good knowledge and skill of networks especially in office networks, computer systems and network devices such as ARUBA, CISCO, JUNIPER, Palo Alto and Allied Telesis.  Having CCNA is an advantage
4. Understand the concept of IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VLAN)
5. Have good knowledge and skills in networking, access point, SAN/NAS storage, firewall, CCTV, Access Door and POS
6. Required language(s): English and Japanese (will be an advantage)
7. Having a good knowledge of IT mall’s related systems is preferably
8. Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target with less supervision
9. Can build good relationships with tenants and business partners and can educate the subordinates and evaluate them
10. Will be placed in the BSD City area
11. Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Descriptions :

1. Manage and daily monitor IT Operation, maintenance, reliability, testing, rollout, upgrade support and general system administration.
2. As needed, provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT team members
3. Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades
4. Implement security measures to protect AEON MALL IT Infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access
5. Install, configure and maintain AEON MALL IT Infrastructure’s hardware, software and networking components
6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability
7. Handle administration system for configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
8. Conducting regular IT audit and IT training to end users
9. Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL INDONESIA & AEON Group IT to run smoothly the planned IT program implementation.
