Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Solutions and applications used for the ERP, warehouse, and freight management are one of the integral parts of our business value chain.  This position has responsibility to lead operation technology Indonesia for supporting day to day business operations and the projects in the area of ERP management, new customer business solutions and warehouse infrastructure. Successful implementation will require a coordinated team effort with members across business and technology. Additionally, the position will also lead in supporting solutions during stable business operation. This position is rewarding for a person who can:

  • Work closely & collaboratively with users (internal team, Suppliers, Customers)
  • Utilize his communication skills in English and Mandarin

  Qualification & Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree level in computer sciences, Information technology or other relevant discipline
  • Language skills: English (Read/Write/Spoken), Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience working directly with customers/business functions for implementing & supporting business applications/solutions
  • Experience of Defining business requirement with End-users
  • Experience in programing (.NET Java, SQL) is preferred.
  • Experience in industries of Logistics/Warehouse should be an advantage
  • Take initiative and prioritize work accordingly
  • Achieve own goals and support others to create an environment of success
  • Has a growth orientation; seeks continuous improvement
  • Proactively comes up with creative ideas and supports the implementation
  • Cooperates and relates well with others within and between organizations

 Responsibilities

  • Working with the Senior Manager Technology Cluster, external service providers and Technology leaders, support the management and development of Technology Service strategies (global, region, country). Managing, assuring, and supporting the following : Technology Project, Supply Chain, Demand Management, Financial Management, Strategy, Service Portfolio Management
  • Working with the Senior Manager Regional Technology Services, external service providers and Technology leaders, ensure that Technology Services are understood, designed, and fit for purpose (global, region, country). Managing, assuring, and supporting the following : The Service Catalogue, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Security, Supplier Management (local suppliers)
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager Regional Technology Services, external service providers and Technology leaders, ensure and assure that Area Technology services are planned, documented, and implemented in accordance with customer requirements and our Technology processes and policies. Managing, assuring, and supporting the following : Knowledge Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Release & Deployment, Transition Planning & Testing
  • Assisting with the Senior Manager Technology Cluster, external service providers and Technology leaders, ensure and assure that all Technology services are operated in accordance with customer requirements and our Technology processes and policies. Managing, and supporting: Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management & Resolution
  • Support the development and implementation of new boarding customer
  • Take delegated responsibility for infrastructure project delivery in the Markets in scope, ensuring and assuring that projects are delivered to scope, on time, on budget and all changes are tested, fit for purpose, and approved for implementation to the live environment
  • Support Digital Workplace development initiatives driven by the Digital Workplace Champion.
  • Coordinate the implementation of global standards relating to physical and environmental aspects of all data centers, server rooms/racks etc.
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers to ensure our standards relating to all EUDs and software (include PCs, Printers, other devices) are met
