Good Day!

Our client Top Japanese Kaitenzushi Restaurant (conveyor belt sushi restauranat) in Japan, currently will developing branches in Indonesia and target to open more than 20 restaurants all around Indonesia in 5 years ahead and looking for IT Section Chief who will incharge in the establishment and development of company IT infrastructure in HQ and all store. please kindly see below for the details :

JD:

• Establishing of IT system in the stores: Correction of wiring diagrams, wiring work, and other systems in cooperation with the parent company and local partner companies.
• Suggestions for modification of IT systems: Proposals to revise programs that are inappropriate for existing products, or to modify them internally according to the local environment and rules.
• Introduction and operation of various systems: such as personnel management systems, workflow systems, ordering systems, accounting systems, etc., and will implement and operate them in an appropriate manner together with cooperating companies and related departments.
• Responding to system failures at stores and headquarters: Acting PIC of contact/report/fixing for system failure reports from stores and employees, giving instructions on appropriate response methods and returning to normal operation (collaboration with Japan as necessary)
• Management of the seat reservation system: will cooperate with each person in charge based on updating data according to business hours when opening new stores or irregular times.
• Management of order panels: Manage the order terminals of all stores by setting the appropriate placement and decoration of product images.
• Introduction of a new system: Propose and utilize a new system for improving operations, improving profit efficiency, and avoiding risks, etc., in cooperation with Japan.
• Purchase/management of system equipment: Purchasing PCs, smartphones, MFPs, etc. at low prices, and appropriately controlling them during operation
• Training and management of subordinates (at first there is no subordinate)

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• 2 years experiences of creating IT system at restaurant/F&B store
• Japanese, Level JLPT N2
• Good Command Of English
• Good Leadership and team control
