Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Sales Manager di tempat usaha PT Multipolar Technology Tbk untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang dan sekitarnya.
Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.
Contribute to develop sales strategic plans to achieve target of his/her group account where he/she responsible and ensure have high profitability.
Integrate sales strategy for targeted customers in the industry where (s)he responsible to ensure the customers that have been targeted are consistent with the targeted industry.
Perform sales activities, e.g. identifying potential customers, prospecting and approaching, negotiating until closing the sales with some large-scale customers/accounts in a specified industry to achieve his/her department target and ensure that the product/services are delivered with the highest quality standard as promised.
Guide team sales member to prepare a complex proposal, quotation, presentation and deliver to customers with intense coordination with presales and team solution delivery and ensure they are delivered in a professional way.
Maintain business relationship with large, strategic, complex and specific customers (existing and prospecting) in a specified industry to ensure intimacy relationship with Multipolar as well as manage customer expectation in a proper way.
Meet with customers, assist and monitor account managers in maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing the deal with each account.
Establish and improve relationship with partners and distribution to ensure company have a strong, high quality and sustainable relationship.
Monitor project activities and anticipates complaints from customer to ensure that the services are delivered with the highest quality standard as promised and in professional way to customer.
Monitor competitor movement to give highlights the consequences and anticipative defense mechanism to the Sales Group Head/Director.
Monitor and evaluate the execution of the whole sales strategy performed based on pipelines report to determine effectiveness and provide full support if there is any barrier in executing the strategy.
Manage the human resources within the unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, and employee morale to develop and control team.
Review process to improve and establish of policies in organization unit.
Recommend, analyze and control expenditures in his/her department to conform to budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
More than 6 (six) years of working experience with SI enterprise/solution selling or in related field, with more than 2 (two) years in managerial level.
Prefer experience with a complex technology solution requiring close coordination between sales, pre-sales support and professional services
