Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Project Manager di tempat usaha PT Solusi Pembayaran Elektronik untuk daerah Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in implementing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and managing projects end-to-end (from initiation to go-live).
Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall.
Solid understanding of the fintech payment industry (Virtual Account, QRIS, Payment Gateway) or banking sector.
Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Management processes and API Integration concepts.
Familiar with OJK/Bank Indonesia regulations related to fintech products.
Skilled in using project management tools such as Trello, Microsoft Project, and Miro.
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Fluent in English (reading, speaking, listening) is a must.

Job Description:

Gather requirements from key users and define project scope, timeline, schedules, and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
Translate business requirements into technical tasks for internal and cross-functional teams.
Perform function breakdown, estimate efforts, and create a project timeline.
Develop project strategies, tactics, and delivery schedules.
Monitor application development progress based on the agreed SDLC and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Act as PIC for production migration activities (SIT, UAT, PIR), including infrastructure readiness.
Evaluate and monitor project performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Build trust with stakeholders and align their goals with the project vision.
Coordinate the creation of user manuals, training materials, and supporting documents to ensure successful implementation or process changes.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster strong collaboration and maximize project outcomes.
Prepare complete project documentation, including user stories, test cases, and post-mortem analysis, aligned with PMBOK 7 standards.
