IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day IT operations and maintenance of apparel Online-to-Offline (O2O) systems.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the daily IT operations and maintenance of EC (E-commerce), OMS (Order Management) and O2O (Online to Offline) systems.
· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, feedbacks, and requests, including project status updates.
· Generate business reports for client and other third party, day to day and periodically.
· Handling emergency system incident and communicate with client PIC
· Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to identify and prioritize operational issues and improvements.
· Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes to ensure consistent delivery of IT services and support.
· Make plans and staff scheduling to support promotion, peak season maintenance work. Cooperating with client PIC to ensure system working well.
· Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and procedures, including data security and privacy regulations.
· Cooperate with client PIC and prepare material with the maintenance team for the annual system auditing.
Requirements:
· More than 5 years of experience in project management.
· Experienced in E-commerce, Retailing or Omni-channel system
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Have a deep knowledge of Java project, especially using Springboot and API systems.
· Experienced in using SQL database, including MySQL.
· Experienced in Agile Method with Ticketing System, especially Jira Ticketing System.
· Proven experience in managing IT operations and maintenance project.
· Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Experienced in using Office Application: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project.
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken (Fluent in Mandarin would be a plus).
