IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day IT operations and maintenance of apparel Online-to-Offline (O2O) systems.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee the daily IT operations and maintenance of Uniqlo’s technology systems in Indonesia
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to identify and prioritize operational issues and improvements
•Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development
•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes to ensure consistent delivery of IT services and support
•Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and procedures, including data security and privacy regulations
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations
•Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT operations and maintenance
•Develop and manage the IT operations and maintenance budget
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
•Proven experience in managing IT operations and maintenance, preferably in the retail industry
•Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and services, including networking, security, databases, and cloud computing
•Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
•Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT operations and maintenance
•Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting
•Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
