Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi It Project Manager di HAVI Global Solutions

This position will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organisation, from the initial ideation through to completion. This position will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

• To ensure comprehensive planning, flawless implementation, and effective performance of a new project – on time and on budget to meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• Develop and provide a standard approach to deliver excellent project management from opportunity, solution to delivery
• Guard the delivery of project scope – Work with project owner to establish project initiation in term of Project Charter, Schedule, etc.
• Effectively communicate risk exposure and follow Project management framework standard for HAVI – Facilitate and administrative the project risk assessment with key project members and communicate risk status to stakeholders periodically.
• Manage risks and ensure solutions to problems are implemented in line with change control processes – Closely monitor the project constraints (scope, time and cost) and report to project owner to ensure project delivery as per approved scope, timeline and within budget unless otherwise agreed by project owner.
• Assist project owner in managing the overall project achievement and compliance.
• Lead Project Management process and deliver project objectives – Execute Project Management Methodology through the project life cycle
• Understand and implement commercial contract agreement within project implementation 
• Ensure project go-live readiness compliance before go-live date
• Establish Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators for the new start-up and provide hyper care to ensure stable operation 1-3 month after Go Live date
• Lead and review concept of operation among operation leader, IT team, solution design, business development and other project team members – Influent and managing a diverse team from different functions to have a clear understanding of project plan and deliver as planned.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Facilitating change requests (CR) to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring adherence to quality standards

• Language skills: bilingual – proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Project Management methodology and process
• Technical knowledge & skills in warehouse management, transport management and Supply Chain Management – Possesses adequate knowledge on operational excellence and 3PL background is preferable.
• Strong experience in Logistic, supply chain management, or warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience in running Project Implementation for a Logistics, warehousing and distribution business and or managing a new project set up.
• Experience in implementation project of WMS, TMS
• Excellent in MS Office, including Microsoft Project
• Excellent in presentation skill and communication skill
• Strong leadership skill
• Good interpersonal skill and people skill
• Skills in problem-solving to deal with problems that customers have brought to their attention, detail oriented
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (prefer Industrial Engineering) or  Marketing/Business Management/Logistics/Supply chain.
• Certified in Project Management, PMO is preferable
